There is a time where you need to speak up. Speak up when you’ve started to lie to yourself in an attempt to be diplomatic. You don’t need to soft soap-soap, white-wash, manipulate. Take a stand and be ready to accept having to say you’re wrong. It doesn’t matter. Your ego doesn’t matter either. Communication is about honesty.
