Have a long hard look around, glance up and down and you might spot your personal prison guard: hiding behind love, best intentions, commitments, relationships, money, status, sex or more boldly, may be standing right in front of you – stopping you, blocking you, controlling you, making you feel guilty and sad. Ask any guard why they are there? If you look them in the eyes, you force them to tell you the truth. You will learn something and you might be able to let them go – at least for a little while, I hope.
